To avoid confusion and ensure clarity throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings whenever they appear in this document.

To open an account and play at c999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or automated entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active c999 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at c999's discretion, with bonuses voided.
• You must not register an account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your account.

• You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using c999 complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

c999 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify that account holders meet eligibility requirements. This may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

c999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are processed through verified, secure payment channels. The following methods are currently accepted for deposits on the c999 platform:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. c999 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure.

• c999 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard accounts. VIP Platinum and Diamond members benefit from explicitly zero-fee processing as a tier benefit.
• Withdrawals of real money funds (not bonus funds) that have cleared wagering requirements are not subject to any additional withdrawal restrictions beyond standard verification.

c999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing and request additional documentation if a withdrawal triggers internal compliance review. This is not a punitive measure and does not imply any wrongdoing — it is a standard regulatory compliance step that protects both the player and the platform.

c999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to c999 accounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the specific promotion page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate bonus balance within your c999 account. Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all game rounds unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred between accounts or shared with other players.
• c999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if c999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in breach of these terms.

Bronze and Silver tier weekly cashback carries no wagering requirement; Gold tier and above cashback terms are detailed on the VIP Club page.

All games available on the c999 platform — including slots, live baccarat, Andar Bahar, Ludo, fishing games, and jackpot slots — operate according to the individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

• VIP Club membership is automatic from a player's first PKR deposit. No application is required.
• Loyalty Points are earned on real-money wagers only. Wagers placed with bonus funds do not count toward Loyalty Point accumulation or tier progression.
• Tier status is evaluated on a rolling 30-day wager volume basis. Tier downgrades occur after two consecutive months below tier threshold, following a proactive notification from c999.

These tools are free, voluntary, and available to all registered c999 players at any time from within their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set alerts that notify them when they have been active on c999 for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing time played and net session result.

• The account is found to be one of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Evidence of collusion, cheating, bot use, or any form of fraud or manipulation is identified.
• The account is identified as being involved in money laundering, or a deposit or withdrawal transaction triggers a regulatory compliance hold.
• The account holder is subject to an active self-exclusion and attempts to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion.
• c999 receives a legally binding instruction from a relevant authority to close the account.

Where an account is closed for regulatory compliance reasons, c999 will follow applicable legal procedures regarding the treatment of any associated balance. Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, c999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance derived from the breach.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their c999 account may do so at any time by contacting c999 support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

c999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at c999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data c999 collects is limited to what is necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. c999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any c999 content without explicit written permission is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any c999 software is strictly prohibited.
• The c999 name and logo may not be used in connection with any product, service, or material that could cause confusion or damage to the c999 brand.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c999 limits its liability to players as follows.

• c999 does not accept liability for any financial losses resulting from normal gameplay variance, including losing sessions, missed bonus triggers, or unfavourable RNG outcomes. These are inherent features of all casino games.
• c999 does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the specific rules of any game.
• c999 does not accept liability for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond c999's reasonable control. In cases of technical failure that result in incomplete game rounds, c999's liability is limited to the return of the affected stake.
• c999 does not accept liability for any consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from use of the platform beyond the direct value of funds in dispute.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits c999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

c999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could significantly affect players' rights or obligations — c999 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to affected accounts and by posting a notice on the c999 platform.

Continued use of the c999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to amended terms, you should stop using the platform and contact c999 support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
